Tim Burke is a Research Coordinator concentrating on networked governance and other developments in state and local government. Tim is a 2006 graduate of the McCormack Graduate School of Policy Studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he studied International Relations with a focus on democracy promotion in U.S. foreign policy. Tim has interned in the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs at the U.S. Department of State and in a number of roles in the non–profit sector. He received a B.S. in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997.
