Gigi Georges is a partner and founder of the Glover Park Group’s New York office specializing in strategic communications in crisis management, policy advocacy, and planning for corporate clients, non-profits, educational institutions, and political campaigns. She worked previously as the communications director in the NYC Department of Education, as the Economic Policy and Strategy advisor to the National Economic Council which included proposals for higher education, and as Senator Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate Campaign Manager. As a research fellow, Georges will be working with Professor Goldsmith on his social entrepreneurship project focusing on identifying best practices in social entrepreneurship in education policy. Georges holds a B.A. in history, Magna Cum Laude, from Wellesley College, a M.P.A. from Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School of International Affairs, and is a Ph.D. candidate at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service. |
