Christina Marchand is the Associate Director for Outreach, Innovations in American Government Awards Program at the Ash Institute, where she manages communications with Innovations applicants and the dissemination of winning programs. She has worked with the Innovations Program since 2001. She holds a bachelor's degree in History and Classics from the University of New Hampshire and a master's degree from King's College London.
