Caitlin Steirman is the Assistant to Stephen Goldsmith and Program Assistant to the Ash Institute for Democractic Governance and Innovation. Caitlin is a 2008 graduate of Dickinson College where she recieved a B.A. in Political Science and East Asian Studies. During her junior year, Caitlin studied at Beijing University in Beijing, China and speaks Mandarin Chinese.
